Week 0

There's a lot of weight loss blogs out there all telling you their amazing stories and I'm sure there's a lot of truly dedicated people literally working their asses off and telling you all about it. I'm starting a blog to keep me accountable for working out and eating correctly. I'm not dieting, I'm eating healthily. I'm not cutting anything out of my diet, I'm readjusting my portion sizes and eating habits.

I'm debating exactly what I want to divulge to everyone about me. I know I'll be posting pictures each week of my progress, and my weight, but I'll also be promising myself not to step on the scale except once a week and that's right after I take the photo. I'll try posting what I'm eating that day, cause I doubt that I'll post more than twice a week it shouldn't be too hard. 

So here's my dimensions: I'm 19 years old, weigh 202 lbs. (this morning naked without any food), 13 in. arms, 38in. bust, 32in. waist, 42in. hips, 23in. thigh. My goal: 52 pounds in 52 weeks. That will bring me down to 150 pounds which would be a healthy weight for my height. I have asthma and hypothyroid, these aren't excuses but the are obstacles.
