Woops
Alright, so much for sticking with it. So after Week 0 I went on vacation for a month or so and came back weighing in at 210 lbs. After realizing that wasn't working I contacted my bestfriend's boyfriend who had been helping me. after two weeks of telling him everything that I've been eating and getting back into the routine of exercising I'm down to 206 lbs.
There are new rules that I have established for myself:
1.) you must have two bottles of water before any other kind of beverage
2.) any mocha must be made with skim milk
3.) I can have a "bad" drink but I can not have multiple types of "bad" drinks a day (i.e. soda, coffee, smoothie)
I'm sure there will be days where these rules will be broken cause my will power is that of a puppy but we shall see. I wanna thank Artie for helping me because whether he knows it or not, he is a big help.
